Step 1 — Cleanse
Start with a clean, dry face and neck. A fresh canvas helps the light therapy do its best work.

Step 2 — Position the mask
Secure the face mask comfortably using the adjustable straps. If you're using the neck attachment, position it gently around your neck and fasten it so it sits snugly but comfortably.

Step 3 — Power on and choose your mode
Press and hold the power button down to turn the mask on. Press again to cycle through the 7 light colors, and choose the one that matches what your skin needs that day — firming, hydration, tone, or overall care.

Step 4 — Relax
